Try it all, Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Ho‘oponopono, Chanting – do whatever it takes to cleanse your life of the negative shit standing in your way.
Because it all works.
You have to be more committed to bringing your dreams to life than you are to maintaining the status quo.
I am not afraid to say that whenever I have a new goal I do it all.
My process goes something like this:
Identifying my goal and writing it down. A goal written down and revisited daily keeps it alive. Major resistance usually shows up around this point so now the internal work begins. Removing all resistance.
Daily meditation and active silence. In meditation I allow myself to be open to receiving my new dream.
I like to write down all resistant thoughts on a piece of paper (or 20 pieces of paper in some cases).
I use the Hawaiian Ho‘oponopono forgiveness technique to heal each and every resistant negative thought.
Keep a lookout
for other negative thoughts floating around my day-to-day life and apply the Ho‘oponopono technique every time I catch one.
For really stubborn thoughts I use EFT to heal them.
I go for abundance walks feeling grateful for my life now exactly as it is.
Rinse and repeat steps 1-7.
Figure out which techniques work best for you.
Perhaps NLP is more your thing or chakra clearing. It all moves you in the right direction to bring you closer to your goal.
